
Executive Director
Robin Harris, a Meigs County native, is the Executive Director of the Gallia-Jackson-Meigs Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services. Ms. Harris holds a Bachelors Degree (Communications & Psychology) from the University of Rio Grande and a Masters Degree (Community Counseling) from the Ohio University. Ms. Harris has worked in the behavioral health system since 1990; serving in a variety of clinical and administrative roles. The Board is a governmental entity charged with planning, funding, monitoring and evaluating behavioral health services, both mental health and alcohol and other drug, on the local level. The Board’s catchment area includes Gallia, Jackson and Meigs counties. Ms. Harris has extensive background in fiscal administration, grant writing and advocacy for services and funding. She resides in Rutland with her husband, Dean, where they enjoy farming and spending time with children, grandchildren and extended family.
