The Gallia County Children and Family First Council

Gallia County Family and Children First Council is comprised of agencies from across the spectrum of family and children supports and services in Gallia County, Ohio. The Council is committed to providing coordinated services to all Gallia County families with children birth through age 21, addressing the needs of families that are not adequately addressed in traditional agency systems alone.

FCFC Service Coordination works within the local system of care, and provides a process for planning and collaboration that enhances individualized services and supports to families that have needs across multiple systems.

It is child-centered and family-focused, with the strengths and needs of the family guiding the types and mix of services to be provided.

The Council creates and facilitates a coordinated system of services that responds to the strengths and needs of our community. It is a partnership of public and private non-profit child and family-serving agencies and organizations committed to improving the well-being of children and families.
